Miss Sixty Trench (2010), Silk scarf from Turkey, Kate Spade iPhone Case, H&M Electric Blue Pumps (Spring 2012)

The day I found this trench at Nordstrom’s Rack was one of the happiest days of my life. I knew exactly what a wanted: a light, actually water-repellent, belted trench in a classic khaki color that flared at the waist. It was a tough but in the end worthwhile search that took about 3 years. You’ve probably heard this before but if you haven’t embarked on your ideal trench coat finding adventure yet, get on it! It’s a classic piece-especially when paired with a Turkish silk scarf (extra points if it’s gifted from a special person in your life)!

And while you’re on it, make sure to pick up a pair of electric blue pumps that guarantee you to be stopped in the streets, showered with compliments and in some instances um, petted…must be the beautiful suede-like texture!

Have an extraordinary weekend…and for some Easter Outfit Inspiration check out my favorite pastel look for Spring!
